HK Notary Public & HK Apostille Services for Shareholder's Resolution for use in Indonesia

A HK company has a subsidiary in Indonesia. There are personnel changes at the Indonesia subsidiary.
The HK company (as the Shareholder of the Indonesia subsidiary) is required to pass a Shareholder's Resolutions and have its authorized representative/ director to sign the Resolutions in the presence of HK Notary Public in HK.
The HK Notary Public had issued Notarial Certificate enclosing the signed Shareholder's Resolutions as verification of the signing, and then arranged for HK High Court Apostille on the Notarial Certificate for use in Indonesia.
