A HK company is required to open a bank account for its subsidiary company in Turkey.
The HK company is required to the following documents certified by HK Notary Public:
1) Certificate of Incorporation
2) Articles of Association
3) Annual Return (Form N AR1)
4) Business Registration Certificate 5) Corporate structure chart
The HK company may approach the HK notary public to issue Notarial Certificate to certify the above documents and then arrange for HK High Court Apostille on the Notarial Certificate for the bank in Turkey.
