Case study
A HK company is required to pass resolutions to approve the change of personnel of its subsidiary in Mongolia.
The HK company is required to have a Notarial Certificate issued by HK notary public to certify :
1) Certificate of Incorporation
2) Articles of Association
3) Written Resolutions of All Directors of the HK company
Our HK Notary Public can issue Notarial Certificate (in English and Chinese) to certify the above company documents, and arrange HK High Court Apostille on the Notarial Certificate for registration with the Corporate Registration Office of the National Registry of Mongolia (蒙古國家登記總署的法人登記處 ).
