Case study
A HK company has to authorize an accountant in Taiwan to handle matters in relation to the investment in Taiwan, eg capital increase or capital reduction, share transfer, etc by a Power of Attorney (代理人授權書）．
Our HK Notary Public could issue Notarial Certificate (in Chinese) to certify the information of the HK company, and the signature of the HK company's director on the Power of Attorney.
The Notarial Certificate could include the following documents :
1) Certificate of Incorporation (CI)
2) Incorporation Form (Company Limited by Shares) (NNC1)
3) Annual Return (NAR1)
4) Business Registration (BR)
5) Power of Attorney
The Power of Attorney has to be signed by the director before the HK Notary Public in HK.
Our HK Notary Public could then apply to the Taipei Economic Cultural Office in HK (台北經濟文化辦事處（香港）(TECO) to legalize the Notarial Certificate.
