China-Appointed Attestation Officer Services for HK company to set up subsidiary in Shanghai, China
Case study
A HK company would like to set up a subsidiary in Shanghai (either 100 % owned by the HK company or as one of the shareholders of the Shanghai subsidiary).
The company would be required to have some documents attested by the China-Appointed Attestation Officer (CAAO) in HK.
The documents of the HK company which have to be enclosed in the set of attestation documents include :
1) Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Change of Name
2) Current & valid Business Registration Certificate
3) Sole Director's Resolutions or Written Resolutions of All Directors.
If any of the directors of the HK company cannot be read Chinese, the resolutions have to be prepared in both Chinese and English.
You may approach our China-Appointed Attestation Officer (CAAO) Natalia Cheung for the attestation services for the Shanghai subsidiary set up by the HK company.
