Sandy Dai started her legal career in 2010. Sandy is experienced in advising foreign clients on foreign investment, including the establishment and operation of foreign-invested enterprises and representative offices in particular in Shenzhen and other parts of the Greater Bay Area. Sandy Dai has advised multinational clients and HongKong-based clients on PRC investment and IP protection matters. Sandy Dai currently serves a number of prestigious foreign-invested enterprises and private enterprises in China as their legal advisor.
